(More customer reviews)First of all, the new M18 batteries are not compatible with the older 18V version tools. That being said, let's move along. This battery is just fine for working around the house or light construction. It is lighter weight than the M18XC batteries. If you want a work horse battery, step up to the M18XC batteries. By the way, Dan's an idiot. Pay no attention to his reviews. He is an overpriced DeWalt fan boy that is screwing up the ratings on Amazon.
