(More customer reviews)Came looking brand new. If it wasn't for someone etching a small serial number in the batteries and tool, you wouldn't be able tell they weren't brand new. Screws and bolts go in so quick and easy with the impact. Better than using a drill to put them in. Able to do jobs with these that my 12v Dewalt just couldn't handle.
2 things I wish it had; If the impact had a spot on it to hold a bit or 2. Ex. working in some older homes you run into slotted screws and philips. Would be nice to just clip them on the tool, instead of digging in your pocket for it or going back where you left it. And if the case had spot to throw some extra bits in.
Also Toolking was very good with getting me the tools quickly and with no hassles.
