I understand that refurbished or reconditioned means that I am not getting something new.I never expected reconditioned to mean beat up though.Now the tools in this kit are actually in great shape, however one of the batteries looks like it has been used for years and it is all banged/scratched up.The bag used to carry the tools is frayed and has stains all over it.These couple of items have been through the wringer which brings the quality of this purchase way down.Typically when I buy refurbbed items they look brand new and look like they have never been used.This is not the case here.

So this came with a beat up battery and a battery that does not even work.Would not reccomend this seller.
