(More customer reviews)The only complaint I have with this set (and it's a minor one), is that I can NOT get the case closed - as in fully snapped shut again. I have fiddled around with the bits repeatedly, but the case may never snap shut again. Why not make the case 1/8" bigger so it can be shut?

That aside, the drill bits are of average made-in-china quality. I snapped off two bits within days of purchasing this set. Nowadays, when I have serious drilling to do, I pull out the 3/8" B&D drill and get some real bits.

But for around the house, Harriet Homeowner stuff, this 20-piece quick change set is probably a good deal. Just don't expect it to hold up under heavy use.
