Mine arrived in perfect condition with a factory case, charger, 2 batteries, manual, and all the accessories...just like the "new" one. It also has a 1 yr Bosch factory warranty...just like the "new" one. The big difference...about $40 cheaper for the same quality, service, and warranty.

After using it for nearly a year I can say this was a wise purchase. I have also purchased other Bosch factory reconditioned power tools with similarly satisfactory results.
