(More customer reviews)I actually liked the drill when I bought it.Great feel and very adequate power.It has some nice little features like a built in level and magnetic screw holder.Then it just quit 4 months after my purchase, and the fun began. After a very long hold, the service department sent me to a factory number, another long hold, the factory sent me back to the service center, another long hold, then I was told to fax or email my receipt to someone at positecusa.When I asked for a reference number or a service ticket number, I was told that it wasn't necessary.I emailed a copy of the receipt, but got no acknowledgement.So, I might be receiving a replacement, but I suspect I'm in store for more time on the phone, "can you hold please?".

Update -- the customer service rep shipped my replacement drill as promised.I guess I just didn't have faith.This bumps my rating from 1 to 4 stars.They still lose one for the time I spent on hold.
