(More customer reviews)I got the item as ordered, but the carrying case is canvas bag (not as pictured above), which is an improvement.The drill is exactly what I needed and rugged enough to last forever for the occasional projects, when cordless is just not powerful enough.I would have preferred a keyless chuck, but the attaching device makes it nearly impossible to misplace.

This was through an Amazon partner and I was a bit disappointed with length of time to receive.It was all spelled out ahead of time and it arrived on-time, but still took about 8 days from start to finish.
