I bought one about 6 months ago from Lowes and only used it a couple times since. I used it yesterday to drill out some steel with a 1 3/8 inch hole saw. At first I thought it was the cutting oil smoking, less than 5 seconds later the drill stopped working. I had to finish the job with my old junk Ryobi drill. I'm not a big fan of Black and Decker, never have been. Usually, I buy their products when I need something cheap to get the job done because it seems everything I buy with their name on it breaks like it was made for a one time usage, and this was a perfect example of it. Next time I'll buy a no name brand from a flea market before I ever buy a from Black and Decker branded product.
